In what folder are the demos?

I've been to see folder Counter Strike Global Offensive, and I cannot find the folder "demos"
Please help?

Yeah there is no way to view the file out of game unless you install a program. what program I have no idea :/

Demo's are not video, they are lines of encrypted data which are played back in the game and replicate what took place while recording based upon that code.

u play demos ingame man. open game, open console, then type playdemo DemoName.dem

Does anyone know how I can tell which demo is which when looking at the files?

You cannot watch this Demos on any Player, just on GOTV. You can download them for a limited Time/Games. Just go to your Csgo Homescreen - Watch - Your Games. Your last... i think ~ 7 Games are there and you can download each.
