Which Counter-Strike is the best?

Hi. I have played thousands of hours of CS 1.6. Since then we have had CS: Condition Zero, CS: Source and now CS: Global Offensive. Which one is the best one?

I still find CS 1.6 to be the most addictive, but the technical limitations are maddening by today's standards. For example, the detection of whether a player has been hit on 1.6 is just not accurate and it's frustrating. Yet that may be one of the reasons why 1.6 is so addictive.

With CS: GO, I love the new maps and colour correction, etc. But what really annoys me is the player models and animations. It feels like I'm playing against computer-aided design versions of humans rather than against real people. It destroys the illusion for me.

So what's our verdict on the new CS, and whether it takes the crown?

My favorite is CS:GO, mainly because of the great support teh developer gives to the game

i would say cs:go its an awome game has good mods and a mach making system its basicly like mixes in other cs games but it will find players and you dont need to do it urself! i dont know why but its realy fun to play it has something that i dont find in other games!
if not the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 64. rates and servers with 100 ping even if i set max ping to 50 and only few maps to play on copetivly i hope they will pach the game soon to remove all the bugs and i realy hope they will remove thoes 64. rates i realy do... yes my internet is not that good but its the best that i can get. and other games that i play i usualy get 70-50 ping but not 100 every time no no no!

CS GO is the most fun, ppl who like 1.6 more just cant handle CS GO

When I was a noobie, and couldn't pay for a Counter-Strike game, I would've said CS: 3D Attack. But now I say CS:GO.

CS 1.6 is a classic which we all loved and still love CS:GO is good but I still prefer 1.6

CSGO because its a balanced game, no OP deagle or Silencer because its focus to competitive.. in competitive silencer can do the CT side OP

In my other acount (which was destroyed) i played a lot of CS.
Counter Strike 1.6 and Source, to me, are the best. Why? It just feels like the ultimate CS experience. Cheers!!

CSGO by far now, since they have fixed almost everything up. CSS is fun too.

I cant stand 1.6 at all
