I have a solution that worked for me my hope to serve you:

1. Sign in to the C: \ Program Files \ Steam \ SteamApps \ common \ Counter-Strike Global Offensive \ csgo eliminates the cfg folder.

2. Then start the game and appear with default values.

3. Go to Options, Advanced, and disable the option "multicore rendering" and also advise that you disable "smoothing with multiple sampling."

4. Then you can improve all the other options to your liking.

5. Looking for a game and try to play it.
