I have the same problem and after some googling I guess it has to do with a problem between Nvidia and Microsoft: the graphic driver's way of applying and loading color profiles, and the way Windows does it. Some fullscreen programs (mostly games) load the graphic driver's color settings, some load the Windows one's.

What I don't understand though: I configured my colors in the Nvidia driver to my liking, and also (after deactivating the Nvidia color settings again) configured my colors in the Windows color settings. So I basically would have the same picture on screen whatever the case may be, may it load the Nvidia or the Windows settings.

But after starting CS:GO I immediately see that the red is too much again, and after quitting the game I'm on my Windows desktop again with ... tada, also too much red.

I have yet to find a solution for this, as the programs "LUT Manager", "Monitor Calibration Wizard" and "CPKeeper" don't work.

I would change the colors on my monitor directly (hardware) instead, but I want to use LightBoost all time, and that disables the monitor's color settings.
The only fix I know so far if you want the game to follow your Windows settings is to set the game in Borderless Windowed mode.
I have the same problem. No idea how to fix it. HELP!
Colours issues here too, even had some weird graphic glitches (not card as I've tried two different versions ).
