Crosshair, sound and tracers. Or would you rather like a giant X to mark when you've hit an enemy through the wall like in real life? :D
If you want to shoot exactly where you aim, you need to stand still. The first bullet of a burst will be spot on. Don't stand still for too long, because standing still kills you. :D
Also, try not to spray too much, but shoot in burts.
We don't need you either.
Once I burst shot a player in the neck at mid-close range; and he ends up losing 30 of his health only. WTF! And I die almost instantaneously from a spray to the gut.
