Zombie mod is ruined

Zombie escape maps, about 10-15 different maps in server, all maps were great desained and well balanced. Also surviving maps were great. Limited ammo, zombie skin were great, more of team work to survive. Zombies has more health.

Now:(CS:Source and Global Offensive)
Almost no zombie escape maps at all. If there is, then those maps are crap, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and lame. Also surviving maps are not survining maps at all anymore. Unlimited ammo, zombies has lower hp, zombie skins are different and a joke.

Why has limited ammo made to unlimited?
Why great 10-15 maps are changed to 100 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ map?
Why zombie skins are now lame and ugly? What happened the classic skins?


It´s sad that mod ruin gaming. I remember even Wolfestein ET game, classical maps, weapons, but now it only has hackers, then server has big gravity, then skins are wierd, then soundtracks are added, and everything else.

Why there is no server that has zombie escape maps with limited ammo, with great maps and no "earn points, buy more stuff or kinda upgrade things"? Im tired of this crap.
Also there is no surviving maps anymore. Now has unlimited ammo, zombies has different classes, and kinda wierd things.

The only zombie server my game finds is a Zombie Escape only with limited ammo

Sorry for the late response, I noticed this discussion just today. I understand how you feel. I have been playing CS: Source Zombie Mod since 2009. Good old times when there were plenty of Zombie Mod (and Zombie Escape) servers with limited ammo, strong zombies and old school maps, such as BoatEscape, Licciana, Sorrento, Titanic; Lila Panic, Farm and some others. I'm not advertising, but I think if you are interested in balanced gameplay on good maps you should try playing on these servers:

Choose the one which suits your playing style. No unlimited ammo, no different zombie classes, no "earn points, buy more stuff or kinda upgrade things". Of course, there are some new and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ maps on these servers, but the good ones are played on most of the time. I'm not sure if you like the skins, though.

Lets not forget about ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ !zclass. All the maps have been ruined. The barricades and layout of maps had the perfect dimensions, but !zclass ♥♥♥♥♥ everything up by giving everyone higher jumps, parachutes (not too bad, but it's EVERYWHERE now), and on zombie escape maps jumping further which lets people bunny hop. Bunny hopping with a leaping ability ruins the entire ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ purpose of zombie escape, it's not a bunny hopping map.

Forget i3d. All those ze severs allow bunny hopping. So now it's about 10% of insecure, need to win at a video game players that bhop the hell out of all the maps. Using scroll wheel as jump or trying to gain advantage in some other way does not = skill. But as most the admins on i3d bhop like crazy it's allowed...until I see them getting caught by other bhoppers...then it becomes something not to be done...until that person leaves.

There are some great French zombie servers out there though, but they have all the super weapons maps with infinite ammo. Probably more of a younger generation of players or something.
