Counter-Strike 2

can you also specify it somehow ?
i can't seem to see a valid reason to keep steam on my computer now that valorant has won and is king of FPS.
-User Generated Content can be published on Steam
-Community discussions like this one can be published on Steam
-Steam respects your Kernal and won't risk letting a rootkit slow your whole PC down or gather information outside of Steam.
-Thousands of other games are available on Steam compared to Riot's four maybe?
-Steam and CS2 is %100 compatible with Linux.
games cost money on steam while u can get them for free on the interwebs. gotcha.
a lot of trolls on steam. gotcha.
steam allows cheating. gotcha.
steam is full of trashgames. gotcha.
has linux support. gotcha.
any valid reason as to why i would need this platform anylonger now that cs2 has failed ?
Oh wait...
you are telling me i'm silly because even in valorant there is someone who complains about cheats. gotcha.
i just think that you completely miss the point which is that apparently you cannot have clean matches in cs anymore not even on those ridiculous 3rd party sites which require you to kinda pay for basic functions most of the time.
joining valorant (a game that is free to play) you have normal matches without cheats.
an iq above 90 and 3 hours of gametime in both titles is all that is required to understand this basic fact of reality.
but still: noone seems to be able to give a valid point as to why one should still use steam now that it has basically become like the rest of the industry or even worse with their monopoly business strats ?
"Nuh uh!".
i don't think it to be funny that you can't come up with a single point justifying your perspective.
maybe your view on things is old and obsolete my friend - just like this platform.
If CS2 is dead, then why are you keeping it alive?
