if you got a VAC ban, it can’t be removed or fixed it’s permanent. if you’re sure you didn’t cheat, sometimes bans happen because of cheats on your PC or false positives, but Valve usually doesn’t remove bans. your best bet is to contact Steam Support to ask for more info, but usually they don’t lift VAC bans.
