CS:GO always directed to American server while im in Asia during matchmaking.

Does anybody know how to prevent always going to American servers? I am not sure if it is an American server but my ping is always 200+ while the others are 30-50+. Can someone please help me?

yeah but when i set my max ping to 100, even 150, they say to make it higher so that i can join a game.

It's your download region, set it to where you live

Change maximum matchmaking acceptable ping to like 50-100 keep changing u will get some in the end, had same issue before :)

all settings are crap... I set max ping to 50, region to Frankfurt GERMANY. In comp me and my mate always play on asian or us server.. lol ???? bad hit detection + a server wich is a 1000 of miles away results in.. laags and hitting nothing :(

Hmm i changed my download region to my own country but it still doesnt work, steam still says to increase my max ping. So the only choice left is to set it to 100 ping and just wait till a match comes? Anyone got anymore suggestions?

Help! Lowering my max ping settings causes csgo to tell me to make it higher again. I have tried finding a game for an hour now at 100 ping max and they still tell me to increase it. I have also set the download region to my own country. What should i do now?!?
