Is this good enough to handle CS:GO without it lagging?

System Model: HP Pavilion dv4 Notebook PC
BIOS: Default System BIOS
Processor: AMD Turion(tm) II Dual-Core Mobile M500 (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Page file: 3040MB used, 4630MB available
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

I'm not sure what I needed to put here, so I just put it all.

All jokes aside, if you can play Gmod, Black Ops 2, and Chivalry, you should be able to run GO just fine.

I can't handle BO2 and Chivalry that well. I have like 15-25 FPS in BO2 and have lag.

Ah. Well the minimum specs are, according to the CS:GO store page,
OS: Windows® 7/Vista/XP
Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom™ X3 8750 processor or better
Memory: 1GB XP / 2GB Vista
Hard Disk Space: At least 7.6GB of Space
Video Card: Video card must be 256 MB or more and should be a DirectX 9-compatible with support for Pixel Shader 3.0

You may have to turn down the settings a bit, but you should be fine. I noticed you didn't post anything about a graphics card. Do you know anything about that?

I think you should also tell us what graphincs card it has.
Also you can try changing some video settings and see if you can get BO2 and Chivalry over 30 FPS so it is playable.
I don't know if you already had them on low or what.

Yeah, I did have them both at low settings. Here's what I found for my graphics card. I'm not sure if it's right or not:

Current Display Mode: 1280 x 800 (32 bit) (60Hz)

Edit2: well it looks sort of ok in some other videos but with everything on low and low resolution it would not be that fun to play i guess.
