Black List in cs2 vs cheaters

I have recommendations for CS 2. Make a blacklist in the list of reports, for honest players
Add one blacklist item. If there are suspicions or obvious cheats, then throw not only reports but also blacklist, so that these players or cheaters do not come across in the lobby and in the search. This will greatly help separate cheaters from honest players, but will increase the search time.

Valve does not group players that are cheating, its an automated system that groups the suspicious players and seperate them from clean players.
