each time I play with asian or chinese people I have no issues, but then I do focus on the game and I don't care where they're from, perhaps that's also important

If you get reported by your teammates or enemies too many times you will get the ban. I does not depend on you cursing or not. They have to report you, then you get a ban.

Not that I'm aware of, but you can get muted if they report you for abusive comms

The game is rated M, so cursing in any capacity should not be a problem to anyone. Also, there is a mute button for people who don't like what they're hearing.

Despite this, people can still act immature and report you. The "support" from Valve is lazy so if something bad happens and you're falsely reported enough, you're screwed.

You wont get falsely reported enough to get the ban though.
