Can't see enemy chat

Hey can anyone help me with a issue im having, since a few updates ago on cs2 i can't seen enemy chat anymore or anything said by a opposite team in any gamemode to even faceit, i have uninstalled and verified my game and nothing has helped. Since the most recent update i can't even see the new nade chat/new additions due to this, would really appreciate it if someone could assist me in this.

Unistall, and go to file explorer and delete everything related to csgo then install game again.

Steam overlay on and cloud saves?
I am on newest update and everything works, I even see colours in chat after death

Does console say anything?

You have all commands off in game and on steam?

ive never messed with commands besides like cfg stuff, is there any that i could possibly be changing in console to help

What cfg ? The issue is most likely wrong values you did in there.

I have not used any commands other than fps limit.

You did newest gpu drives?
Windows updates?
Optional updates?
Restart pc?

The file there is broken, if you delete it and try verify game files this file will never be restored ,

If you did changes ro it you might need to manually restore default values.

I think this is not csgo 2 but old csgo 1 related which is why it's not correctly identified by game.

yes mate, cl_chatfilter 63 this in console fixed it. i also did uninstall and reinstall aswell as verify the game too

when i do this, it says that chatfilter is an unknown command. i have the same issue rn

try cl_chatfilters 63, your's missing an "s" at the end

Still not working for me, tried everything above.. I get the error: Failed to find ui preference 'spec_autodirector_cameraman'
