Getting 7 days of ban for just...

Not being able to join in a match (Failed to connect to the server). What is happening here Valve?

This is my third ban this month and this time I received a week ban due to the enemy team reporting me too much for no reason.

What happend is you getting your cooldown level so high

You need to do a lotta bad to get that 7 day ban, so dont say "just"

If it was your first time, you would charged by 30 minutes penalty. Let's say second or third time it is, 30 > 3 or 6 hours or even 12 > 1 days > 3 days > 7 days > 1 month I remember.
So.. it's not for ''JUST'' reason...

I got Red trust factor for nothing, I didn't even got yellow... :/ now it takes like 20 minutes to find a match

You can´t get 7 days ban for not connecting to a server
However you could get 7 days ban for not connecting to a server if you are a serious serial offender (many bans in a row from griefing, leaving, etc)

However you could get 7 days ban for not connecting to a server if you are a serious serial offender (many bans in a row from griefing, leaving, etc)

Or not, there doesn't need to be a series of reasons for such a ban. He only needs to play once or twice after the first ban to be suspended again. Enemy teams report for no reason, children love to check the report box without any arguments.

Trust scores don't have colors. If your friends see red text when you join them in a party, that just means your trust scores are far apart. It doesn't necessarily mean your score changed. Theirs could have gone up.

There does. you can´t get 7 days unless you had many prioer bans in a row. that is how the system works.
