Prime status removed

Good, a few days ago I connected to cs2 and it appears that I have no Prime, I have not received any notice by email. they have reset the premier elo and ranks and I get the option to buy the prime again.
I got the account with 4300h and the Prime Status I bought in 2019. I do not have any VAC or any warning for misbehaviour.

Has anyone had anything like this happen to them?
I have tried to contact support, but they close the ticket without giving me any explanation.

Someone else has access to your account and is closing the ticket. Support does not close tickets without responding.

Prime status cant be removed and it cant be refunded. It might be a bug but still change your password and clean your api key and then contact with steam support

2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey - This field should be blank

After you do that you can restore your prime.
1. Go to https://help.steampowered.com/en/
2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.
3. Click on the game.
4. Select "It's not in my library"
5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

There is an option to recover any deleted purchase in support tab. I will try to find it and post in a moment.
