Stuck in Silver again

Yo, it was really hard for me to soloque to Gold 4+ and now I am so hardstuck silver, 10 times worse than I was in csgo.
I just started CS this year and it feels like a major setback.
I did training for aim, positions, smokes and so on and really worked hard to get out of silver and now I'm stuck on silver not only on one map, but on 10 of them! WTF!? And it takes me 10x more time to get out of every silver ranking.
Also I feel like getting worse with every game. Because either you adapt to your silver players and rush Mid on Inferno with CT, or you are left alone defending a site vs 3 players every round if you don't go with your mates because you want to play the right way.
And when you tell your stupid mates not to push, they do it anyway. Each time.
I tell them: don't f*** push with CT! They do it every round.
How am I supposed to get out of there?
Could you not make it that every player is starting with a rank in the mid or on a high rank and then the bad players get sorted out?

It can not be that players that were Global Elite before are ranked silver 1 or 2 when they get their 10 games.
Couldn't you just take the ranks from cs go and take them into cs2?

I don't know but the situation is really, really not fun.

EVERY TIME i get a retarded team. Literally. Silver 1 is no fun and you can not get out there playing alone. It's super difficult. And the noobs don't listen. They just get angry and insulting. NO FUN AT ALL!!!!

cs2 map rank doesnt make sense mate im a office player ok ?

i was MG1 on csgo and since i got queued against fake globals on office i lst again and again and again and im hardstuck too

we just gotta wait this rank get a fix

Don't take ranking seriously, with ELO in Premier mode the old ranks are a meme.

You weren gold nova 4+, you were gold nova 4 and barely made it. You average 0.72 kd in silver and gold nova, which is a very negative personal performance. In CS2 you also only have 0.71 kd. The only thing you were and are good at are 1v1 situations. But you damage, hs rate and entry fragging is bad. Also you lose nearly 2/3 of your matches.

So when you ranked up to gold nova ranks you just had a lucky streak with good teammates who won the games.

I know this sounds harsh but that is the reality. You should stop looking at your rank and work on your skill instead. Also don't blame your teammates. And skillwise there isn't much difference between silver/gold nova so you shouldn't blame silver for doing certain stuff because gold novas do the same.

I think Faceit, Premier and Wingman ranks are well distributed (or saturated/populated) but I don't think I've seen anyone higher than MGE in comp on csstats.gg. Correct me if higher ranks exist in comp right now.

The whole game is literally cheaters vs cheaters anyway. Just do something else for a few months and hope Valve adds an anti-cheat in the meantime
