playcast soundsystem error

i'm trying to enter gotv and get this in сonsole

File �.vsnd missing sounds dir. Fixing for now.
[SoundSystem] File �.vsnd did not have sounds directory in path, appending path and loading, but path needs to be fixed in resource file.

do you have any solution for this?
also i'm trying to do it on cloud gaming service so i cant really change anything in directories i guess
