Why is the Dreams and Nightmares case way more expensive than the rest of the drop pool?

I've always seen that it's consistently above the rest of the cases, even the newer ones like Revolution. Why's that?

Well, for now I know that this case contains rare knife designs that are not in the current case pool. And perhaps due to the fact that this case was assembled entirely from the author’s purchased works.
