cs2 locked at 50 fps

vsync is off, fps max is 0, graphics settings got me 300 fps after the latest update, no graphics settings don't make any changes as all available settings get me over 50 fps, yet my fps is still capped at 50, can anyone help ?

I was able to fix this issue myself, by going into windows disk cleaner, deleting direct x shader cache, restarting, and verifying game files, hope this helps anyone with this issue in the future.

Brother, can you tell me step by step so I can do this too? My CS2 is stuck at 40 fps, while I run the game calmly at 150... Can you tell me step by step?

apologies for not reading this sooner, what I did specifically, is,

1. pressed windows key and searched for disk cleanup.
2.selected the drive my OS was on, not my game drive, and pressed ok.
3.looked for directx shader cache, selected it, and pressed ok.
4.restarted my pc.

after the restart my issue was fixed, I hope the same is true for you, if you haven't fixed it already.
