Stuck at rank 1 (recruit)

Anyone else having issues with this? I can never rank up to lvl 2. It's litterly stuck at lvl 1. After a game I get my XP, it almost fills up to LvL 2. When I play a new game same story, it almost fills up to lvl 2. I've played soon 10 games in wingman and my lvl is at 1.

Before this issue started to happen I was lvl 45 or something.

This also means I never get the drops since I can never lvl up. While my friends I play with get drops a few times a week when they lvl up I'm still stuck and miss tons of drops due to this.
