in csgo, the gaps weren't there in the model itself, they were blacked out, so the stickers weren't covering gaps because there were no gaps since it was all blacked out
but in cs2, they've made the ak47 more faithful to its real life counterpart, which does have the gaps
and because the ak47 has gaps in cs2, so do the stickers on wood
so it's not simply a matter of changing the stickers, it's about the gun model
and they're not going to revert the gun model to a less realistic version, there's 0% chance of that
look, even i preferred the way the stickers looked on wood in csgo, however, i like the way the ak47 looks more realistic in cs2, which includes the gaps in the wood
