First of all you need to know what are your DPI and eDPI. If your DPI is 400 and eDPI is 800 you should have your sens at around 2. If you have lower eDPI, also decrease your sens. These are some rough numbers, truth is you know better than anyone what sens you are most comfortable with. I suggest you stick with your sensitivity and keep playing like this. Also train skills like flicking, speed and tracking on maps like Yprac.
You can also look into Mouse Acceleration, many of the top players use it and many others reported better results as well. Basically you will be playing with low and high sens at the same time, depending on how fast you move your mouse. It took me some time to get used to it but I have improved a lot. You can read more about it in this article: https://skinsmonkey.com/blog/mouse-acceleration-cs2-how-to-fix. It helped me fix some bugs I had.
