Depends what your experience of Global Elite was. A lot of people in CSGO were 'office globals'(or any obscure map that they played exclusively) or they were boosted.

I've solo queued from 4.5k to 16k, which I would probably say is between DMG and LEM. I would assume that 'true' globals would be around 25k+

Abvout 1% of players were global elite on csgo.
If we apply this to cs2 then global is where ever the 1% starts.

20k = Gold Nova 4
Because in CS:GO i was always between MG 1 and Gold Nova 4.
In CS 2 i have 21k and LEM (Wingman).
