Follow recoil?

I was on follow recoil since the start of CS2, but just switched to not follow and legacy cursor and I'm one tapping like no tomorrow. Maybe I should just stick with it like back in the CS:GO days. Feels better honestly.

What do ya'll think about it? Good? Bad? Needs adjusting? What are your personal crosshair settings?

Honestly I was the same. Felt like I was focusing too much on the crosshair itself instead of anything else and I would miss. Turned it off and I could actually get kills lol.

People say its for new players, but I only have 170 hours, 120 of that being in surf and like another 30 just messing around, and yet I do way way better with follow recoil turned off. Probably not the case for everyone but I just feel it's too distracting.

Exactly! I tried to match the spray pattern to where the person was instead of focusing on the person, so I ended up just looking at my crosshair and kept dying. It just made it harder for me lol. I know for some it helps a lot, but it all comes down to personal opinion.

i think it's nice feature, but hard to getting used to if you've played without. this is first shooter ever where i've seen such feature, so it's super hard for me to use it, but i think it could be better for new players.

I’ve never really learned the patterns so my sprays would suck and I would mainly awp because of it. With the follow recoil it feels as if I’m able to hit more shots. At some point I’ll probably turn it off or I’ll keep using it.
