I also saw someone on hltv who said his monitor was flickering as soon as he installed cs 2, then he did windows reset, it got fixed, he installed cs2 again and same issue.
I bought a new pc after my motherboard died, but my old pc should be able to handle cs2.
gtx 1060 6gb
16gb ram 3200mhz
ryzen 5 3600.
I was getting around 200 fps.
there's no excuse for the game killing my pc and monitor, other games don't do that
If that is the case then why is it only this game that do this?
do you have G-sync or freesync enabled in your monitors settings or your GPU settings if so try turning it off ,
if you can play on borderless or windowed mode just do that , and if your using a dual monitor set up make sure you have the correct monitor set as the primary in display settings .
