that's pretty much the performance you will get on this.
If you want higher FPS than you can slap in a Ryzen 5000 CPU, but really, it won't make you much better as everything above 75fps in CS2 is more than playable. You can increase your eye candy to get more GPU bound or invest in low latency RAM considering you're running very low clocked DDR4 @ 2400Mhz. It will increase your 1% lows quite a bit and boost performance with ~10%.
I tried the game myself with a Ryzen 5 3600 and i3-12100F and i can tell you he doesn't. It's also dependant on the map you're playing and you need a GPU to keep up.
Currently rocking a i5-2500K @ 4.3Ghz 1.3v + GTX 1070 and i'm running the game high with 80-150fps.
The framerates for this game are a bit all over the place. Blood effects and bullet decalls also degrade performance over time in deathmatch.
Valve still has a bit of work to optimize on their hands, but at least the game runs alright, but far from ready for competitive gameplay.

Troll.
My brother has R5 3600XT & RX580 8GB and he is getting 60~fps at 1080p, max settings.
