How to disable intro? It is blinding and deafening!
That full-orange screen absolutely blinds me more than flashbang and the sound is just ear-reeping. Pls tell how to disable it

(your disk)\(path to the csgo)\counter strike
global
offensive\game\csgo\panorama/videos
there you should find intro.webm and
intro720p.webm, delete both

Never tamper with game files.

Valve should simply allow to easily disable the intro in settings like any reliable and modern game.

sv pure states:
Menu and intro UI elements are overwritable
sounds are overwritable if not meant for the game
everything else will be fetched from the server.
If maps or files differ it will checksum compare and kick you out in that case.

I went into it, but it is already empty. Perhaps that was working for CSGO :?

can't you just add -novid to launch options

make the game less loud? make game NVIDIA brightness in panel not = 100% but 50%?

this screen takes like 1 second to load in fact for me the steam fails to close as fast as this thing just goes away.

The ingame audio is just fine. I have everything set as comfortable for me. A good suggestion may be to make a slidebar option for the intro?
