Server is reserved for game lobby.

So today we get bug/cheat? with 5 man premade and only 2 would be able to join. 3 ppl got server is reserved for game lobby also there where 2 random spectators and one guy who said on the begin that "they are never coming back" so there was 2 on our team and 5 enemies. Also there was 2 spectators and one guy who is not showing at all (we saw only his chat).

Ah, I have seen this error message when I was using the community browser where it shows all server apparently it was showing all the valve mm servers but if you tried to join it will pop the message "reserved for game lobby".. its possible somehow ...someone joined as spec from there ? Which should NOT be happening in normal case ......

Just a thought...
