Is there a way to make a lower res crispy?

Is there a way to make the pixels on the screen really sharp and jagged instead of blurry at really low resolutions? The effect is most notable at 480p, where the entire screen looks like it's been covered in vaseline. I'm hoping for super sharp pixels without any antialiasing at all. I'm wondering if it's a windows setting that blurs lower resolutions? Or if it's a graphics card configuration with Nvidia?

Try this: take a screenshot of CS2 at a lower resolution, move that screenshot into paint, zoom in so that the same number of pixels *roughly* fill the entire screen, and you'll notice that the pixels in the picture are a *lot* crisper than when you're actually in-game.

The settings cog at the top left corner of the main menu screen, for example: as a screenshot of 480x320 pixels zoomed in, I can see every individual pixel. When I'm in game, it looks like a blurry security screw bit driver.

what i can tell you is that my 1280x1024 looked more crisp in csgo than it does in cs2. there must be some optimization that is still to be done.

I think that's just a downscale or upscale, depending on the setting you choose. I'm more so talking about how individual pixels blur themselves together. I would prefer having a sharp pixel border instead of a blurry pixel border.
