I followed this guys advice on increasing performance and it solved the freezing issue as well:

„Find out how many physical cores (or performance cores … your CPU has.
Take that number and add 1.
For example, an i7-9700K has 8 cores, so the number you should put is 9. Put „-threads 9“ in your launch options for CS2.“
I was able to play 2 days without any issues.
Thats sad. Game is fun but it has a very bad anti-cheat and the crash is still there.
gonna wait one more month i guess.
