Use Radeon Chill to help with screen tearing issues on AMD GPUs

I have had bad screen tearing ever since CS2 was released. Tried everything to fix it. It was only this game that was the problem. I recently forgot about Radeon Chill, which is the software way to cap frames and this has resolved the screen tearing for me.

I have a 165Hz monitor AMD FreeSync Premium Pro with a RX 6950 XT running the latest 23.10.1 drivers.

In Adrenalin software, under Gaming-->Games-->CS2
Set Radeon Chill to 160 for both max and min.
In CS2, set console commands of fps_max, fps_max_ui, and fps_max_tools to 165.

this gives u input lag just like turning vsync off. do u have any other solutions? ty
