Performance issues + Random crashes... What is going on?

HEy guys, I'm trying to play the game on my notebook and somehow the game just manage to crash randomly. When is not crashing, I have some performance issues, even playing in the lowest possible settings.

I'd like to understand if there's a problem on my side or just a bad optimization of the game. (game was fine before CS2 update)

My notebook is the SAMSUNG NP550-XDA w/Intel Iris XE graphics card. Tested playing with DirectX11/12 and Vulkan.


Crash situations detected so far [11/10/2023]:

• Game fails to start if "-vulkan" is one of the startup commands.
  
• Game crashes when trying to access the equipment on the main menu.
  
• Game crashes whenever I get killed in any team or mode.
  (as soon as the enemy information is visible on screen, it freezes and crashes. Do not happen while playing with bots)
