To Valve, the economy they've built can run with bots instead of actual humans.
As long as they're sucking resources in SEA and inflating every metric regarding the games popularity and demand, there's no reason to address the exodus of legit players.
A lot of us are here to play music as the ship goes down. No love has been lost. You can only mistreat your most loyal fan base for so long before they ultimately can't unsee what is going on.
Please don't tell me that you actually think that of the 1.1 million players that were online earlier, that only 5 total were queued for all Valve dm and cas servers. I was just playing arms race the other night with some friends and every server we joined was full.
Especially with CS2 being announced, there are so many new players that you're actually nuts to think that Valve servers wouldn't be filled to the brim rn.
I mean I only play competitive (and sometimes deathmatch) and there is always ppl 🤷
Thats just not true at all...
Most people do not play on faceit, thats just silly... Its not noob friendly, most people dont care THAT much to win unlike faceit players, no ties which is terrible and you cannot even choose map...
Faceit is just not appealing to your average csgo player due to these reasons mentioned above
Faceit is designed for ppl that want to compete... A challenge if you want to call it...
It tries to simulate competitive scene matches ,which most do not care
And second of all, most ppl cannot even tell apart what is 64 tick and what is 128 tick without net_graph lol, and in some cases ppl dont even know what a tickrate is
What region are you from and what time did you play?
Yup, that's it in a nutshell. VPN to EU and people are playing all modes at all times of day. Stay in NA and find mainly empty DM servers apart from 5-10 pm. Even the NA DZ server is mainly Russians, Turks, Germans, Poles.
