Did they nerf the MP7?

I was getting mad kills with the MP7 yesterday, but today I played a whole match and only got one kill with it. Same maps, same gamemode.

Its all about how you shoot. spray only works if enemy is in close distance. For longer distance shots, you have to double tap, and hit like 7-10 times (without HS's). I like to aim right around the neck area myself

How do you even aim that precisely with this game's crazy recoil and spread? Best I can manage is aiming for center of mass to get a few bullets into them before I get one-tapped.
