400fps, low ping, but rubberbanding everywhere
Title

I have 400 fps, low ping (<50) and yet I rubberband. For example, I'll pull out my knife and then it will switch back to my previous weapon. Or I'll run through a doorway and glitch back as if I ran into the wall. Any help?

With net_graph showing, there's no loss/choke when I'm rubber banding which is odd.

It is possible the that you wifi connection is the problem. If you don't have a perfect Wifi Connection it is possible that you have packet losses. While whatching videos and surfing you won't notice these packet loss, but when you are playing CS every packet loss will lead to that problems you discribe.
Maybe get yourself a long Network Cable an test if the rubberbanding disappears with a normal lan connection. You can also try a Wifi Repeater or Acces Point to improve your connection quality.

I've tried with wireless and wired connections but to no avail.

Do you have a software anti virus software or firewall running which maybe check the packets while gaming? If you have a software running look if you can exclude the CSGO.exe from the scan.

Less than an hour ago I removed Norton 360 from my device since it had repeatedly been causing issues for me. It became slightly better since then but still occurs.

This may be a network problem, or your game should be reinstalled
