-processheap is a deprecated temporary fix for an already patched memory leak in CS:GO. You don't need it anymore, no matter what other people say / post in the web (outdated information!). :D:

Similar issues are: :csgoglobe:
  • the -heapsize launch option: It is supposed to define how much RAM CS:GO's process heap will reserve - but the only thing it was really needed for was CS 1.6 which could not properly detect the RAM size available.
  • the -threads launch option: In some cases CS:S could not properly detect the number of available CPU cores. CS 1.6 doesn't use more than one CPU core anyway.
