Caps-Lock problem in CS:GO??

Hi guys, i have an annoying problem with CS:GO, it started about one week ago. When i play CS:GO my caps lock doesn't work anymore. I mean: if it's activate i write big letters and if it's off i write big letters... The keyboard works well again only if I restart Windows. I don't know how to solve, that's what i tried:

1) Reinstall CS:GO and Steam
2) Clear BIOS Config
3) Reinstall WIndows 8
4) Use a different keyboard

But the problem is still here :(

Any ideas?

P.S: i have this problem only in CS:GO, the other games work well.

i know this bug, to solve it i just unplug the keyboard or deactivate / re-enable it in the Windows Control Panel. This happens only sometimes, and only if I hit CapsLock ingame.

Oh, nice. Finally i don't have to restart my pc 10 times a day! Thanks :)

Anyway it always happens when i play CS:GO, not only sometimes sadly :(

EDIT: it happened again and i can't solve unplugging the keyboard and restarting my pc!

To be specific here: When I have this bug, it's a slightly different behaviour for me: CapsLock then works in the exact opposite way as it is supposed to, meaning CapsLock on gives me lower case letters, and CapsLock off gives me capital letters straight!

Usually I just leave CapsLock on to get back the normal behaviour back then, I don't even need to unplug or to disable the keyboard in the Windows Control Panel. I think it is worth mentioning here, that I only get the bug if I accidentally pressed CapsLock ingame before.
