Report a translation problem
Anyway it always happens when i play CS:GO, not only sometimes sadly :(
Usually I just leave CapsLock on to get back the normal behaviour back then, I don't even need to unplug or to disable the keyboard in the Windows Control Panel. I think it is worth mentioning here, that I only get the bug if I accidentally pressed CapsLock ingame before.
You may also make sure that this option in Windows Control Panel is disabled:
Control Panel -> Accessibility Center -> configure Sticky Keys -> trigger with 5x Shift-key
Press Ctrl + Shift + CapsLock, or press Ctrl + Shift + (hold) Capslock
