CS:GO No Recoil Console Command?

Hey!
I have just one question. What is the console command to make the crosshair go like when you spectated games on GOTV back before. When you'd see how the player actually managed his mouse instead of seeing how you normally see it.
Hope I'm being clear enough for all of you to understand lol.

the command is weapon_recoil_view_punch_extra 0

try weapon_recoil_scale 0
and
weapon_accuracy_nospread 1337
maybe it is weapon_accuracy_spread 1337.... im not sure^^
