Failed to locate official game servers with acceptable ping
After every CS:GO update, it never fails to get this error whenever I do MM. I already know the first responses I'm going to get are 'Raise your dedicated search ping'. Thing is, I've done it. I set it to 350 but I only get matched in European servers. Anything lower than 150, and it'll say that my search ping is too low. I've tried just about everything and I can't find an indefinite fix, other than waiting a week and playing and then being forced to wait again because of another update.

I use to have a similar problem. Turns out the problem came from my router, but before I had a short period of time that I was able to find games after I changed my max pings per minute to 500 (Steam->Settings->In Game->Max Pings / Minute). If our problems are similar servers should be reporting "fake" high latencies (i.e I live near Dallas yet servers in Dallas were reporting latancies exceeding 300ms). I hope this helps you find a solution.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I still get matched in EU servers unfortunately

This keeps happening to me as well. I never had problems with this, until around the date of your post. I live in California and it feels like the CS servers think I live in Europe, as it only places me in EU or RU games where I have 200+ ping. If anyone has any light to shed on this problem I would appreciate it.

I have the same problem and it started just around the time that you posted this. I have looked everywhere for a fix and have found nothing. Frustrating to say the least.

This is a problem for me as well, all the russians and germans laugh at me when i say im west coast NA. I can never get into NA servers! The only thing about this i can find is threads with deadends and no solutions.

Here is my post and my findings on this: http://steamcommunity.com/app/730/discussions/0/648814843530547884/
I've narrowed it down to a local machine problem - nothing to do with Steam ID

the only solution that I found to get rid of this is download "Matchmaking server picker" type it on google and click the first link. This little program block servers that you don't want to play.

Just 30 minutes ago I troubleshooted some solution. My teammate had same problem. Solution was to disable NO32 av program.
