The disconcerting grenade glitch
I'm talking about the glitch happening when you "touch" any grenade : you end up stuck and can't move for a certain amount of time. That's FRUSTRATING and annoying as ♥♥♥♥.

This might sound like a lesser issue but it has its importance.
Numerous times I've been "grenade stuck" long enough to be unable to take a safe line before someone from the ennemy team came in first, or blocked for 2-3s by smoke grenades stuck into my legs, never touching the floor, and ending up eating some HE nades I couldn't avoid ; or going first on a tunnel B rush on dust2 and blocking the whole rush because stuck by a nade etc...

Something has to be done about this, it can change an entire round, and a round can change an entire match. Please fix it.

Friendly said, but wrong. It is a CS:GO exclusive bug / glitch. Maybe it is of minor importance, though. That's what you can argue about. :D:

Not friendly, but the point is correct. There is no such bug / glitch in CS 1.6 or CS:S. :csgoct:

Kayo wasn't that friendly, can't you feel the passive-aggressive condescending tone ? You know, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tone.
On the other hand, I've answered with a fonny "niga pls" touch to relax the audience, didn't work.

Anyway, no I didn't play source because it was a poorly made Counter Strike, and grenades were bouncing of people in 1.6, not getting stuck causing the impossibility to move. Which is even more retarded with smoke grenades since they "activate" when laying on the ground, which doesn't happen if they get stuck in your body.

This "glitch" was in Css. its not csgo exclusive. Nobody remembers the whole 'jump on teammate and land a smoke on their face = stuck for 45s' situations?

Were going back a looooong time, but i believe it was ignored, i know you cant do this is CSGO anymore cos that got patched.

But its the same as css, you can run at someone and they can throw a flash at you and if it hits your down to walking speed/stopped, its just the way it works, like how you slow down when hit by bullets.

I think it will be to do with the fact nades(Flash/smoke/decoy?) do 1dmg when they hit you from the opposing team, never seen the 1hp flashbang kills? :) (unless this got patched out of csgo aswell, only seen it once in csgo, but countless times in css)

Well, bullets "twitching" your aim and slowing you down make sense, it has always been here ! but nades stopping you completely still make no sense. I'm pretty sure they never fixed it on CSS (since it apparently comes from it) and people got used to it so they just ignored the glitch like lazy asses.

And yeah I think you're right, it probably comes from the 1dmg when they hit someone, but actually they changed it, it only takes 1 armor. And no, never seen a 1hp flashbang kill sadly :(.

But I honestly don't care about the 1hp nade hit, I just want the movement glitch removed. Happened with retarded consequences again a couple of days ago : rushing boiler stairs on inferno, ct side, get stuck by a T smoke > get AWP'd because can't move for 2s... thanks.

If it was here as far as you remember, means you discovered CS with the crappy CSS, apparently. But CS:GO made some 1.6 (and older) players come back, and I'm not the only one thinking the movement stopped by nades is plainly stupid.
That's not something you do out of "skill", you don't throw nades at people in match just to stop him, it only happens out of randomness, and we ol' 1.6 players don't like random.

How often do players get hit by nades to begin with? Don't rush around like an idiot. Don't ♥♥♥♥♥ about every little thing either, just accept it, it's part of the game
How often ? Do you even lift play 5v5 ?
Throwing stuff is one of the most important thing in CS, counter-stuffing a rush is another very important thing in CS, taking your lane fast (not necessarily rushing) not to get peaked is another very important thing in CS. Means you have high chances of nade encounter if you play against decent players.
The most obvious ones are team rush on B on D2, or ramp on Nuke, CT stuff the choke points, if you get stuck and block your mates it's 100% chances of getting aced, no bomb plant, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up eco because of the glitch.
