I feel really sorry for you dude.
I've been playing almost every single day, ever since 1.6.
On some days I would play all day, and I would only stop when my arm muscles were too tired to move the mouse, and I would hardly be able to aim right anymore.
But I wouldn't say it ruined my life.
I still found time to study.
And I've had girlfriends who would put a Counter Strike background on their desktops, or have a Counter Strike Firefox theme, just to impress me, and they don't even play the game!!!
I've also had some girls who would start playing Call of Duty (because they're noobs, and they have never played an FPS game in their life), so they could be an elite Counter Strike player like me
Your fault,
BLAME IT ON THE GAME, THAT I'M DUMB. BLAME IT ON MY FORK, THAT I'M FAT.
You should be happy you didn't get into drugs instead
