Can't play as T on CS:GO ?????

When I start an offline match with bots on CS:GO it says that I can't play on Terrorist side ((a message comes up)), I can only play on CT side! It says (translated from the language I have) "Humans can only play as Counter-Terrorist". There is nothing about this on google. What do I DO ?????

I never played bots but it says "Humans can only play as Counter-Terrorist", I would believe that and play counter-terrorist because that is your only option.

It's not supposed to be like this. Seemingly I am the only one with this problem. I can't try out the stuff that I want to try out on T ....

You need to have it in your inventory.
Some nice ones are in the market for a few cents, try search "global emoticon".
