Blackbars on Laptop

Just got my new laptop (Acer swift x) and im trying to figure out how to get black bars, anoyone here with laptop that plays with blackbars (1024x768 bb).

I´ve tried going into AMD software adrenaline edition for cs2, -> scaling mode -> keep the aspect ratio. But when I open cs2 there are no black bars.

Note: I don´t have intel so intel command center dosen´t work.

I have the same problem, but I have Intel... If u have a solution for this issue, can u help me too?

Make sure GPU Scaling is Disabled* and select Preserve Aspect Ratio for Scaling Mode.
