You do, when there is a "smurfing" checkbox in the report function, like Valve did in Dota2.
And even if Valve will ban smurfs in CS2 (which I highly doubt), they won't let players to do that like with cheaters in Overwatch. At least in Dota2 Overwatch there are no smurfing checkboxes. Also I barely have seen someone has been banned for smurfing there, even though there are tons of smurfs in Dota2, including derankers and so on.
imo its something wich is futile to put energy in. They exist and ( most likely ) impossible to keep out of your games in cs.
The few competitive games I play have smurfs
In streetfighter ranked - ppl complain about smurfs
In warthunder - ppl complain about smurfs.
Ranks in video games have smurfs end of story.
You can have a battle against rain drops because you dont like them , but your not gonna win.
Use em to your advantage , players that are below your skill level teach you bad habits at least smurfs make you better even if your getting destroyed.
Does the reason why ppl smurf have to change the way how you can handle them ? How you handle them is entirely up to you is what I ment.
Sure ppl that have a tendecy to stomp new players arent good sports I agree and maybe alot of ppl who just keep it at "just learn from them" as a reply.
Doesnt change the fact that whether if your angry at them or try to use em in your advantage , in both cases their gonna be around.
everything should return to game devs choice other than is just straight rules no one will care about it.
