I have already carried out all types of tests and even contacted my provider. There is no problem on my network.
I have packet losses of up to 70% in CS2.
When contacting game support they simply responded:
"Unfortunately, Steam Support is not the best source of assistance for advanced connection issues. Many issues require someone to be physically present to test your machine and network, which we are unable to do."

This post is from one of the many engieners from valve corporation.
I've always played normally without any problems and suddenly, an update is released and not just me, but several people complain about packet loss.
The problem is Valve.
