why are shattered web agents rising up in price?

It used to be like 5-15 dollars but now it skyrocketed, especially the b squadron agent. Is there a reason to this?

I noticed that some time ago, I suppose it's just their limited nature
I believe a few skins were literally under a dollar on the first month of agents first being added, although I'm not 100% sure
I think the uhhhh grey phoenix was super cheap once

Would be interesting if they did an agent "case" sometime. Not sure how one would go about unboxing a person, though. Maybe the item itself wouldn't be a literal case. Maybe, like, a uh... contract... note... ticket... thing?

Also, not to get too off-topic, but I also think that skins for throwables could work considering there is a skin for the zeus now
