300+ FPS

hi guys,

well im curious why i cant get constant 300 fps, settings dont do a difference, also i noticed i have way more fps on custom maps, while for example on dust 2 it drops to ~130 though my pc should have no problem with it

i wanted to know what fps u get with similar hardware or with what hardware u are at constant min.300

my specs:
3570k 4.3 ghz
7950 1.1ghz
8 gigs ram
win 8.1

Well my specs are
7850 PCS+ boost
i5 4670k
8gigs ram
windows 8,1 and i get 367FPS on very high settings

why worry about such high FPS? i play on avg. 30-50 FPS and drops down to 15FPS lots of times. I only dream of playing above 100 FPS :(

csgo caps it they say if ppl get more than that then it is unfair to other users who cannot afford a high end cpu.... the same reasoning behind the 64 tick servers they cater to to poor kid on mommys laptop

300 FPS is overkill. No monitor will support that value. If you have a 140HZ monitor it will only support half of those 300 FPS while causing unneccesary screen tearing in the process.

LOL 300 fps it's like arguing over first world problems while the rest of the world burns and starves. 100 is ideal, anything over that isn't necessary.

And you'll get lower frame rates on some maps because the game has to render more. Duh.

normal citizens only need to worry about their area ._.
