4:3 Fullscreen Windowed
I was wondering if that's possible to do cause when I change it to window 4:3, I get a small box and I see everything on my desktop.

I want it where it's full screen windowed and it's 4:3 1024X768

CSGO is the game.

I have an option that's fullscreen windowed but it's 1920X1020 or something like that

In CS:GO click Options > Video Settings, and under Aspect Ratio drop-down menu, choose Normal 4:3, then under Display Mode drop-down menu, choose windowed.

Just use this:
https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/2o51wv/multiple_monitors_and_43_stretched_resolution/

Works perfectly.

P.S. Don't forget to set scaling mode in your NVIDIA or Radeon to Full screen.

Launch CS:GO and make sure it is 1920x1080 and in 16:9. Then right click on pc click show more options/nvidia control panel. Then go to change resolution and scroll down to the PC tab and click the resolution you want. Then if that doesn't work click adjust desktop size and position. and change the resolution to the one you want and if it still doesn't work then click perform scaling on and change it to GPU (AFTER YOU CHANGE YOUR RESOLUTION)
