spectator speed command?

i think you need sv_cheats 1 , works well with demos

You can also type "demoui" in console. It will open the menu for speed aswell.

use cl_forwardspeed / cl_sidespeed / cl_backspeed to change the speed (normal for specs is 450)
if u're watching demo u can press F2 to arrange the demo speed

How to make camera turn speed slower? I mean for keys i,j,k,l. It turns so fast...i want it more smooth. Except turning the speed down. Is there a command for it to turn down camera turn-movement speed down?
