Black screen after loading FIXED!

/Sry for bad english, I'm czech :)
I have weird problem with CS:GO, first time (just after bought and download) it runs good. But when I want to play next day, It runs, but when I want to join, on the end of the loading I've got black screen, and If I close CS:GO with task manager, message pops up with "Video driver stop responding and its been recovered" .
But, when I want to play CS:GO (after a week or more) it works. Then also works, and then also. But next time, again not works. I dunno what is this. If somebody have ideas or fix. Help me pls ;_;

How to fix it: (works for me)
1. Open your Steam library
2. Search for CS:GO and right click on it
3. Select properties
4. Here select "Launch options"
5. and type in "-autoconfig"
6. Launch and try !
This works for ME, don't know about you, but you can try!

I have lots of custom settings that are reset when I use auto-config, is there any way to keep my settings but have it work?
